These terms describe use of the Bullish Trendz website, educational content, mentorship services, and optional messaging program. Please read them before using our services. Any separate written enrollment agreement and the terms presented for a specific purchase also apply to that purchase.

Educational services and trading risk

Bullish Trendz provides trading education and mentorship. Our content is for educational and informational purposes and is not personalized investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell a financial instrument. You are responsible for your trading decisions and for deciding whether trading is suitable for you.

Trading futures and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose all or more than your initial investment where applicable. Past performance, testimonials, and payout examples do not guarantee future results or typical outcomes. No profit, funded account, or trading result is guaranteed.

Eligibility and responsible use

Our services are intended for adults age 18 or older. Provide accurate information when applying or booking. Do not use the website for unlawful activities, interfere with its operation, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access. An application or appointment does not by itself guarantee enrollment.

Enrollment, payments, and cancellations

Review the package description, price, access period, and any cancellation or refund terms presented before purchasing. Those purchase-specific terms govern your enrollment. These website terms do not create a new refund policy or override rights provided by applicable law. For billing, access, cancellation, or refund questions, contact bullishtrendzz@gmail.com. Third-party payment and platform providers may apply their own terms.

Content and access

Bullish Trendz content, branding, and program materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use materials provided to you for your own learning. Do not redistribute, resell, publicly share, or give others access to paid materials without permission. Access and availability depend on your purchased package and any separate enrollment agreement.

Bullish Trendz SMS and email program

When you voluntarily opt in, Bullish Trendz may send recurring marketing texts and emails about mentorship, application follow-ups, and invitations to book a strategy call. Automated follow-up texts are generally sent once per week; message frequency may vary based on your interactions, including requested responses and messaging confirmations.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. By opting in, you confirm that you are authorized to use the phone number or email address provided. Tell us if your number changes.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from marketing texts. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance or email bullishtrendzz@gmail.com. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe option provided or contact that email address. Opting out of one channel does not automatically change your preferences for another channel.

Availability and third-party services

We work to keep our website and services available, but interruptions, technical errors, and schedule changes may occur. External websites, payment services, communities, and trading platforms have their own terms and privacy practices.

Updates and your rights

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and changing the effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not override an existing written enrollment agreement or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
